Alistair Rennie Vice President, Development and Technical Support Lotus Software, IBM	Alistair Rennie is responsible for the development of all IBM Lotus Software and IBM WebSphere Portal product families. Alistair also leads worldwide technical support responsible for software customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Alistair led IBM Software Services for Lotus software, a global technical organization consisting of over 800 highly skilled technical consultants working in more than 35 countries, helping customers realize value from the Lotus software portfolio. Alistair joined IBM at the Toronto Software Laboratory in 1989 and has held a number of executive roles within IBM software, primarily focused on the introduction of new technologies.
